Yummy Licious Grilled Sausage

Learning how to grill a Sausage is an essential skill for every grill master. Ever since the discovery of fire, humans have been grilling and barbecuing food. Sausage is considered a staple dish in many countries around the world. The word sausage is derived from the Latin word "salsus," meaning salt, dated two thousand years ago. They say that the first-mentioned Sausage was found in the Greek play the Orya, also known as the "Sausage." This play was written about 500 B.C.

Sausages are made from ground meat like beef, pork, or poultry, combined with salt, spices, and other flavorings. It may also contain fillers, such as breadcrumbs or grains. They are so easy to prepare in few minutes and a quick snack.

Ingredients Required:

  • Sausage ( Required as much)
  • Beer
  • White Onion
  • Grill Pan
  • Soft French Roll
  • Stone Ground Mustard

Grilling Sausage is quite simple. I prefer to use a gas grill or a grill pan for cooking Sausage as it is easier to control the heat. Perfect Grilling
To make a good sausage, I will typically place the sausage on the grill pan and rotate each side for 5 minutes. The maximum cooking time for a sausage will be 20 minutes or less.

If you want the cooking to be delicious, add a couple of beers into the grill pan while cooking. Now add some thinly cut white onion into the beer for some flavors. Grilled Sausage and onions on a lovely French roll with a little stone ground mustard are ready to serve.

This is a weekend grill recipe, but barely. Grilling is fun when you enjoy doing it. It tastes better if you make it with love. Be careful while using the pan to avoid unnecessary problems and injury.

Sausage can be altered with your favorites. Grill and see how it turns out.
