HOW TO SELECT PINEAPPLE FOR GRILLING:
Choosing the right pineapple is as essential as adding ingredients to the dish. A perfectly ripped pineapple will have a taste of sweetness and slight tanginess. It is easy to choose a perfectly ripped pineapple from the market. All you have to do is to see, feel and smell it before buying. The outer color of the pineapple generally ranges from greenish-grey to greenish-yellow. So, while choosing, the outer skin has to be greenish-yellow. Though it has a pokey outer skin, the perfectly ripped fruit will be a little softer when squeezed. Finally, the bottom of the fruit has to smell sweet.
So, a perfectly ripped pineapple will be greenish-yellow skin, slightly softer, and smell sweet at its base.

Trim the outer skin of the pineapple. Remove its leaves. Cut the fruit into smaller pieces.
For spicy,
1.In a small bowl, add hot red chili powder/cayenne pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Mix it thoroughly.
2.Brush the mixture on both sides of the pineapple pieces.
3.Pre-heat Grilling pan.
4.Spray oil or rub butter on the grill pan.
5.Place the pineapple pieces on the grill pan and cook approximately 4 to 5 mins on each side or until the marks are seen visibly.
6.Remove from the grill and serve hot.

2.Brush the mixture on both sides of the pineapple pieces.
3.Pre-heat Grilling pan.

5.Place the pineapple pieces on the pan and cook approximately 4 to 5 mins on each side or until the marks are seen visibly.
6.Remove from the grill and serve hot.
